Jody and George focus on the floods and why governments need to re-focus their energy and rhetoric on the impacts of climate change; meanwhile, while in a state of emergency, the province is slipping in some major legislative changes that have huge impacts — good and bad; and finally, sigh, the City of Vancouver’s 2022 budget is in. George takes you through the highs and the further highs of the billion-plus dollar financial plan.
